Data Deletion Instructions

At TheraSathi, we respect your right to privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including Google and WhatsApp integration data), please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to therasaathi@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request“.
2. Provide your registered email address or the phone number used with our service.
3. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7-10 business days.

What Data is Removed?

Upon a successful deletion request, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
• Access tokens for Google Calendar and Google Meet.
• Message logs associated with your phone number.
• All stored appointment history.

Note: Some transactional data may be retained for a limited period if required by Indian tax or legal regulations.
